Rajab and Silsilah History and Overview

 

Rajab and Silsilah was founded in Makkah in 1938 by the late Sheikh Ibrahim Abdulrahim Silsilah. The company was born to fulfil a need in the Saudi market for electrical, electronic, and telecommunication equipment that was not available at the time. Since its establishment, Rajab and Silsilah Company has played a major role in the development of the kingdom.

The company’s Projects department was created in 1965, specializing in large scale projects in fields related to electrical, audio and lighting and security systems. The projects department have since taken on monumental tasks. Rajab and Silsilah also expanded its activities into the home appliance sector where it became a distributor for Philips and sold lightbulbs, as well as televisions, fridges, air conditioners and cookers.

Today Rajab and Silsilah is headquarted in Jeddah with branches in Makkah, Riyadh, Dammam, Medina, Tabuk, Abha, Baha, Taif, Jizan, Ar’ar, Hafer AI Baten, Qassim, & Hail.

The company Strives to provide the highest quality communication and security systems in the Kingdom.

Money and the economy have always been at the center of life since human civilization started developing. Then as soon as the economic theories were created, groups and individuals have always tried to use such means in order to improve their economic status.

Now, fortunately, Man has put modern technology and computers at his service and, as a result has been able to improve trade, industry, agriculture, and many other fields which influence the economy and therefore benefit our own lives too.
